SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & shipping days. Live plants ship Monday–Tuesday each week following a quarantine check. Custom 3D prints are made to order with a production time of 15–30 days and ship on the next Monday–Tuesday window once complete. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control; please plan ahead.

Separate shipments. Orders containing both plants and 3D prints ship in separate boxes, each with its own shipping charge, so that production timelines never delay live plants.

Rates. Shipping on live plants is never free. Custom 3D print orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. Plants ship by ground or 3-day service by default; 2-Day and Next-Day upgrades are available and are required for our live-arrival guarantee (see Refund Policy). An oversized-box fee applies to boxes containing any plant over 2 ft or more than 10 medium plants. Soil and compost ship separately at an estimated rate provided on request.

Destinations. We ship live plants throughout the continental United States, including California. We ship to Puerto Rico only with a phytosanitary certificate; add the Phytosanitary Certificate – Puerto Rico add-on ($80) to your cart before checking out, and Puerto Rico shipping is charged separately at checkout. We do not ship plants to Hawaii, which requires bare-root shipping; we do not offer this service.

Local pickup. Available at our Metrowest (Orlando) location and at local events. Orders not collected within 10 days of a confirmed pickup are cancelled.

Address accuracy. We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or lost after drop-off with the carrier.
