Shipping policy

At our nursery, we use first-class treatment for your orders. We pack everything with loving care and strive to get it sent off within 3-5 business days - so you can look forward to seeing your purchase as quickly as possible! For this service, we currently charge a flat $15 per order for Ground Delivery.

Once your order is shipped it is typically delivered within 5-8 business days. Unfortunately, holidays may mean a slight delay from carriers. Rest assured: despite any bumps along the way, we'll do all we can for the speedy delivery of plants straight to your door!

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for most shipments (USPS First Class Mail for boxes under 1lb.)

We are not responsible for packages returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect or incomplete address or delivery information.
