How soon will my order ship?

Plants ship between Monday and Tuesday each week. Custom 3D prints are made to order (15–30 days), then ship. Plants and prints ship in separate boxes. See full shipping details →

Do you guarantee my plant arrives alive?

Yes, with a 2-Day or Next-Day upgrade (ground/3-day isn't covered). In cold or hot weather, add our $14 Seasonal Protection. Read the guarantee →

How much is shipping?

Plant shipping rates vary depending on shipping service selected. Custom 3D print orders over $100 ship free. More →

Where do you ship plants?

Continental US, including California. Puerto Rico with a phytosanitary certificate. We can't ship plants to Hawaii. More →

What if my order arrives damaged?


Send an unboxing video within 12 hours and we'll replace or refund clear damage or defects. All sales final; no returns. Full policy →

Can I pick up locally?


Yes, at our Metrowest (Orlando) location or a local event. More →

Do you offer any plant-related accessories or supplies?

Yes!

You can find our hand-made moss poles, and 3D-printed trellises to support your plants. If you own climbing plants, adding support is the best way to grow them.

Do you recycle and promote sustainability?

Yes! We reuse and repurpose as many materials as possible in our garden.

We are pro-environmental protection, so we only use eco-friendly pesticides and fertilizers for our plants.

In addition, we are working on special items that will help us donate to great causes. This way we can influence the environment and the world around us in a positive way. Taking care of the environment is important. Our mission is to create a world where future generations coexist with nature in peace.

3D Printing Materials

For our 3D-printed items, we use materials that are recycled, biodegradable, and infused with recycled items.

For instance, PLA or Polylactic Acid is a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane. PLA is popular in 3D printing due to its ease of use, low printing temperature, and environmentally friendly properties.

I had searched for a skull plantar with drainage for ages and finally found this one. Miyagi’s Garden is Legit! The plant I received was even better than the photo. It came so well packaged, full, healthy, and PEST FREE! Everything that plant lovers want when ordering a plant online. I ordered when a cold snap developed so it had to be retained until it warmed back up a bit…I live in Florida too so that was fine; however, I was still excited and checked in a couple of times, and there was a response every time. A “Thank You” note was included with the beautiful plant…I love great customer service…nothing beats it! I’ve had my plant for 2 weeks now and it’s still thriving in my environment…and new growth is slowly creeping up…Yay🤗 I can’t say enough good things about Rafael and his team at Miyagi’s Garden.
