Shipping

At our nursery, we use first-class treatment for your plant orders. We pack everything with loving care and strive to get it sent off within 3-5 business days - so you can look forward to seeing your purchase as quickly as possible! Please note, that orders with plants must go through a quarantining process before shipping.

Once your order is shipped it is typically delivered within 5-8 business days. Unfortunately, holidays may mean a slight delay from carriers. Rest assured: despite any bumps along the way, we'll do all we can for the speedy delivery of plants straight to your door!

Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you see all or part of your order has arrived damaged, please be sure to follow the steps below to apply for a refund or replacement. Once we have received ALL of the requested information, your case will be reviewed within 72 hours. If a refund or replacement is approved, you will be notified by email shortly thereafter.

Step 1:
Within 24 hours of receipt of your package, please email at least 3 photos of the damaged plant, pot, and/or shipping box to info@miyagisgarden.com.

Step 2:
Please include your order number and the name of the item(s) damaged in your email.

Please note we do NOT accept physical returns of plants.
