Production time typically ranges from 3 to 21 days, depending on the order size and material availability. This will be disclosed to you within 24hr, so you have an idea on when it will be shipped.
  3. Quality Check: Each item undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Shipping:

  1. Packaging: Your items are carefully packed to protect them during transit, using eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.
  2. Dispatch: Once packaged, your order is shipped via our reliable delivery partners. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  3. Delivery: delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days. We offer international shipping to bring our unique 3D-printed products to customers worldwide. For this option, please send us a message.

    Care Instructions

    For pieces made with PLA:

    • Handle with Care: We print our planters with at least 3 outer layers, moss poles with 6 outer layers, and trellises with 100% infill. PLA planters are durable but can crack if dropped or handled roughly. Always lift and move them gently.
    • Avoid Extreme Heat: PLA can warp under high temperatures (Above 122°C). Keep your planters away from prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat sources (stove tops, grills, candles, etc.).
    • Clean Gently: Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and water to clean your planters. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface.

    In The Box

    With your 3D prints, you can expect the following to be in the box:

    • Self-watering planters: you will receive the inner planter, outer planter, and cotton wick necessary to repot your plant.
    • Propagation vases: you will receive the outer vase and the test tube to place your cuttings.

    Exchange & Refund Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you see all or part of your order has arrived damaged, please be sure to follow the steps below to apply for a refund or replacement. Once we have received ALL of the requested information, your case will be reviewed within 72 hours.  If a refund or replacement is approved, you will be notified by email shortly thereafter.

    Step 1:
    Within 24 hours of receipt of your package, please email at least 3 photos of the damaged plant, pot, and/or shipping box to info@miyagisgarden.com.

    Step 2:
    Please include your order number and the name of the item(s) damaged in your email.

    Please note we do NOT accept physical returns of plants. 

    We are not responsible for packages returned to us  or lost by the carrier due to incorrect or incomplete address or delivery information..

    NOTE DURING THE WINTER MONTHS: purchase insulation for temperatures below 50°F and heat pack for temperatures below 40°F.
